About Mer Konfekt’s

Mer konfekt’s journey began in 2011 from a home-based bakery that specialized in confectionery and patisserie bakes. Armed with the knack to innovate & the right team, Mer Konfekt forayed into the artisanal breads & bakes space. The aim was to use ancient grains  & seeds to develop a wholesome & delicious product. They were able to create a product mix that helped satisfy all bread needs i.e. from breakfast loaves to the pav bhaji pav using millet, lentils & quinoa grain based products.
